Resolved We removed extra cloudflare headers to any VTEX API call (2023-07-14 20:44:00UTC).

Identified Added cloudflare Headers crashed VTEX API for checkout due to non-conforming encoding for VTEX. This was happening to some users in cities that had accents (2023-07-14 20:41:00UTC)
Resolved: Issue was fixed after proxy deployment.
Our new proxy strategy removed headers from VTEX.
Identified: ProductSearch legacy (portal) component don't return the number of searched items/results (2023-07-13 01:19:00UTC)
Investigating: Calls to VTEX API going through our proxy were not returning record headers (2023-07-13 12:02:00UTC)
We deployed our fallback proxy at 12:05:00UTC.
At 7:18 shopping resumed on all deco.cx stores.
At 6:42 GMT-3, deno deploy had a major outage. Our engineering team has enabled the fallback infrastructure.
