    The fix is live on all affected storefronts. The analytics script now loads in the background, so it can’t hold up the page even while the provider is down, and pages load at normal speed again. Analytics from that provider may have gaps during the incident. We’ll keep monitoring.

    We’ve found the cause of slow page loads on some storefronts. An outage at a third-party analytics provider (OneDollarStats, s.lilstts.com) is stopping pages from becoming interactive. Our CDN and site servers are working normally. We’re rolling out a fix to every affected site so this script can no longer block the page.
